How to Locate Your Site Files and Database Using Softaculous

This guide will only help if you have installed your application using Softaculous, or is an application that Softaculous provides, such as WordPress, OpenCart, or InvoiceNinja. If not, you may need to import the installation first if Softaculous has not automatically detected it.
This guide will walk you through how to use Softaculous to identify where the files and databases are stored for any installations on your cPanel account.
- Log into cPanel.
- Go to the Softaculous Apps Installer (or search “Softaculous Apps” in the top bar)
- In the top-bar, find the All Installations button. (Between the Star and the List)

- At the bottom of the page, you can find the details of your website.
