You acknowledge and agree that all email installation, delivery, receipt, storage, backup and recovery features of Roundcube and the cPanel mail system are third-party software functions provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. FTG makes no guarantees regarding the functionality, reliability, security, integrity or accuracy of any software-based email features, and disclaims all liability for any errors, omissions, data corruption, failed delivery, failed backups or unsuccessful restores arising from the use of Roundcube or cPanel Email software.
FTG fully warrants and is solely responsible for the underlying hosting infrastructure—this includes our network availability, server hardware, storage systems, power and connectivity. We maintain industry-standard monitoring and redundancy to ensure continuous operation of our data centers. If a service interruption is due to an infrastructure failure under our control, FTG will restore services as promptly as possible and, where applicable, credits or remediation will be provided in accordance with our general Hosting Terms of Service. However, any downtime or loss of service caused by Roundcube or cPanel Email software bugs, updates, plugin conflicts or other application-level issues remains the client’s responsibility.
You are solely responsible for the content of all emails sent or received, including compliance with all applicable laws (spam, copyright, privacy), and for maintaining local or third-party backups of critical messages and attachments. FTG reserves the right to monitor, block or remove any content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy. In the event your hosting account is terminated, suspended or cancelled, all associated email data will be retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion; FTG shall have no liability for data loss thereafter.
By continuing to use Roundcube Webmail and cPanel Email, you expressly release Falls Technology Group, LLC from any and all claims, liabilities or damages related to software failures, and acknowledge our sole responsibility for infrastructure availability and support.
By using the Softaculous auto-installer feature provided through your cPanel hosting account with Falls Technology Group, LLC (“FTG”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the use of this third-party tool. Softaculous is a third-party software installer that enables you to install, manage, and in some cases back up and restore applications such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, and others.
FTG provides access to Softaculous strictly as a convenience to our clients. While it is a widely used tool, we do not develop or control the Softaculous platform, its scripts, or any of the applications it installs. As such, we make no warranties or guarantees—express or implied—regarding the functionality, reliability, or security of any software installed, backed up, or restored using Softaculous.
FTG shall not be held responsible for any damages, data loss, configuration issues, corrupted websites, downtime, or service interruptions resulting from the use or failure of Softaculous, including but not limited to failed installations, incomplete backups, or unsuccessful restores. You agree that all use of the Softaculous tool is at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to ensure that you maintain separate and reliable backups of your websites, files, and databases outside of what is created within Softaculous.
By proceeding to use Softaculous, you release Falls Technology Group, LLC from any and all liability associated with the installation, configuration, management, backup, or recovery of software through the Softaculous system. This includes, but is not limited to, issues related to application updates, plugin conflicts, or loss of custom data.
If you require assistance with managing your application beyond what Softaculous provides or encounter problems with a Softaculous-based action, you may request support from FTG. However, such assistance may be provided on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed. Depending on the request, additional service charges may apply.
If you do not agree with the terms of this disclaimer, you should refrain from using the Softaculous auto-installer and instead install or manage applications manually or through a third-party service of your choice.

By using JetBackup through your cPanel hosting account provided by Falls Technology Group, LLC (“FTG”), you agree to the following terms. JetBackup is offered as a courtesy tool to assist in the creation, management, and restoration of backups of your website files, databases, and email accounts. While FTG makes reasonable efforts to maintain regular backups, we do not guarantee the availability or integrity of any specific backup. Clients are strongly encouraged to download and maintain their own local copies of critical data.
Backups are performed on a scheduled basis as defined in your hosting plan, and may include daily and/or weekly backups retained for a limited time. Backup access is provided through the JetBackup interface in cPanel, and manual restorations may incur an additional fee unless otherwise specified. Use of the JetBackup service is subject to fair usage policies, and excessive use or abuse may result in access limitations or service suspension.
In the event of account cancellation or termination, all associated backup data will be retained for up to 90 days, after which it will be permanently deleted from our systems. Falls Technology Group is not responsible for any loss of data after this period. By continuing to use our hosting services and the JetBackup feature, you agree to this policy and the associated limitations.
