We operate our network of Nameservers that are geographically replicated across the continental United States.
Web Hosting
Websites hosted on our infrastructure are hosted on single server instances with daily backups taken of the full server image at 6:00 AM CT.
Security Services
Our security infrastructure is operated through a SaaS Cloud Application that allows us to connect to our hosted websites from numerous access points.
Account Lockouts
We implement SSO procedures within our client portal to ensure that clients will always have one-click access to log into their cPanel, Webmail, and WordPress installations. This saves users from having to save multiple passwords.
WordPress Backups
For clients that are on our WordPress Maintenance Plans, WordPress backups are performed once daily with updates being executed in a staging environment prior to pushing to live.
WordPress Updates
We test all plugin installations in a test environment prior to pushing these changes to the live environment to mitigate failures in our update process.
