About Dragon’s Den Gaming
Dragon’s Den Gaming in Sioux Falls, SD is a generational game store that has been providing trading card and board games to the Sioux Falls area since 1995. Since our small beginnings, we’ve ensured that the largest play space in Sioux Falls has remained free for everyone to enjoy. As a family-owned and operated business, we want to ensure the highest accessibility to everyone to enjoy the games that they know and love.
Project Summary
The Dragon’s Den approached us to have a website built that would allow them to continue selling from their Shopify store, while maintaining the flexibility and scalability of WordPress as a Content Management System. With a specific business need to allow visitors to submit card requests, we created a system that allows visitors to reach out to store representatives to inquire if they may have certain Magic: The Gathering cards in their inventory.
Our primary goals with this project were the following:
- Create a fun website that would emulate the look and feel of the store itself
- Showcase game specialties as well as their event schedule
- Provide an easy way for visitors to submit Card Requests
- Provide an easy way for visitors to browse their online store and complete purchases
